not enough access privileges

I have a MacBook Pro and I am trying to sync my music from iTunes to my iPhone 5s and it usually works but recently I have been receiving a message saying "there aren't enough access privileges to complete the operation" I have contacted apple support multiple times and nothing seems to be working, i tried doing research but nothing has been working.

Any luck? I'm having the same problem.
