Is the 2017 MacBook Air processer configurable?

I was doing some research on the MacBook Air 2017 and found multiple sources that said that the CPU was configurable. "Configurable to 2.2GHz dual-core Intel Core i7, Turbo Boost up to 3.2GHz, with 4MB shared L3 cache" (Taken from the Technical Specifications for the MacBook Air on Apple.com). I could not find out what this means, as I bought a MacBook Air 2017 and I would like to know if I can manually upgrade my CPU.
