Mac Mail

Hi

I have a couple of questions regarding Mac Mail.

1. I have two rules. One is to move message containing <ADV>, (ADV) etc to Junk folder. Another rules is to move emails with certain email address fro junk folder to inbox. What will happen if I have a message that fulfilled these two rules and will the message be going infinitely between inbox and junk folder. Example: email subject <ADV> free loan and the email address is legitimate@email.com. My first rule will move this message to junk folder, but my second rule (which say move legitimate@email.com to inbox) will move this mail "back" to inbox.

2. Is rules in Mac Mail iCloud friendly. That means that what I have it on my iMac will behave the same on my MBA in my remote office?

3. Is there a way that i can expand the screen when I am managing the rules (because the email field is too "short" to fit and I have to scroll left/right just to know if this email is added or not. Although I can don't bother about it and just keep adding and let the system handle the duplicates.

4. What are the other ways to avoid receiving junk mail without having to use Mac mail rules?

Appreciate all inputs. Thank you.
