Downgrading from Sierra to El Capitan

Can I downgrade from Sierra to El Capitan if my computer is 2 weeks old and came with Sierra. I can't get CS5 to work on Sierra and I am done trying.

No. You can't run a version of the OS that is older than what your Mac came with.

Upgrade the software. CS5 is seven years old.

Yes, 7 years old and still works great. Plus, I have already purchased it and I am not getting sucked in to Creative Cloud. I know it's better but it is not right for Adobe to make that my only option when I need an upgrade. It is BS. Can not afford it anyway. I need to make CS5 work on Sierra, I do not need to upgrade. Thank you for your input.

Only other alternative is to return it if you are still within the 14 return period and find an older MBP that can run El Capitan if you are opposed to upgrading CS5.
