No flashlight in control center on iPad Air in ...

Older iPads do not have a flashlight app in iOS or in the iOS Control Center.

Older iPad models have NO LED flash to turn on as a flashlight.

Not sure, if the new iPad Pros, with LED flash, have a flashlight app or function in iOS Control Center, or not.

There are third party apps that turn your iPad's screen into a flashlight.
