apple watch always wake screen when I sleep.....

you know People often turn over his boddy or hand when they sleep. and ........... apple watch wake screen like an flashlight  15sec .......... and ......... my wife wake me up, ask me to closed the function.

so, everynight, I click button > click setup > click General > click Wake Screen > close Wake Screen on Wrist Raise + close Wake Screen on Crown Up

everymorning, I click button 2 times > click setup > click General > click Wake Screen > open Wake Screen on Wrist Raise + open Wake Screen on Crown Up

Do Not Disturb function can't stop apple watch wake screen up function.

It's too stupid...........  does anyone have the way to close the function and keep the alarm function in one step?

p.s. to change a wife is not the answer, it's too expensive and too dangerous.

I suggest that new watchOS 4 have Theater Mode should be turn on.
