How to disable Itunes 12.7 Backup before iOS up...

I installed iTunes 12.7 yesterday.

And now everytime I want just to update an iPad (Air 2014), iTunes starts the backup automatically.

I have tried via the terminal to disable the backup (defaults write com.apple.iTunes DeviceBackupsDisabled -bool true), but nothing changes.

Is there a another option I need to disable ?
