Apple Watch series 2 wheel stuck

Hello. On my Apple Watch series 2 Digital Crown stuck,it scrolls  the screen up and down all the time. I washed it in the running warm tap water and it didn’t help. What else I can do to fix it?

Operation of the Digital Crown can be affected by substances like dust or lotion. If it has stopped operating as expected and if it has not helped to clean it by following the steps here:

 

 

then it may have become defective and your Apple Watch may require service.

 

Contact Apple Support (mail-in service may be available, if required), make a Genius Bar reservation or visit an Apple Authorised Service Provider with a view to arranging for your Apple Watch to be inspected and, if recommended, serviced:    

 

Is there an international guarantee for a device that is less than a year. It was bout in the US and I live in Israel.

Apple may restrict warranty service to the country in which the Apple Watch was originally sold.
