Last Update  Version 11.0.1

Today I updated my iPad to version 11.0.1 and now it does not connect to the internet for sites that you have to log into. For instance I can not use the hospital Wi-Fi were all you do is connect to as a guest and then the browser pop-up and you agree to the privacy policy. The browser no longer pops-up and when you go to the website from safari it says you have no internet connection. Is there away to erase the update from my iPad or fix the problem. I already cleared the cache and it did not work.
