I have Siri problem after updating to iOS 11 it...

It’s never happened before, but after having the new ios my iPad just gone crazy even I try change the feedback response and not even set up the “Hey Siri“, then I try to turn it off it just keeps pop up and ask to turn it back on. And I try to reset, it back to normal for a while then now it gone crazy again. I have no idea what wrong with this new iOS
