OS X High Sierra. iconserviceagent process problem

Just updated to Mac OS X High Sierra.

Everything seemed fine when suddenly the computer got incredibly sluggish. It took me an hour just to be able to open Activity Monitor, however it did no show anything. Everything was stuck. I did a hard reset and everything was fine once I rebooted. But soon after it started to get super sluggish again. I was watching a video through iTunes and transferring a video file via network to a Media Player. I quickly opened Activity Monitor before it got worse and I saw the process iconserviceagent taking up several GB of memory. Up to 9Gb. I closed everything down and its been hovering at 2.7GB. What's going on?

I rebooted in recovery mode and ran first aid on the disk. Did not help. Noticed the memory use of the process spiked when i opened a finder window, especially one with many files. I quit the process because the computer starts to get really slow and finder freezes. Marked as Not Responding. There's nothing I can do. I'm left with a useless machine.

I have the same problem.. Going nuts.. Happed with High Sierra. Reinstall, format - nothing helps. Suck with a useless iMac.

Iconserviceagent uses suddenly 4 gigabytes of RAM - then 8,10,11,12, 20 og crashes og reboot.

HELP ME!!
