IOS 11.0.3 deleted all my paypal receipts

After the 11.0.3 update on my ipad pro 12.9 and ipad air, I went to my email and found all the content of my paypal receipts were empty.

The only way to retrieve the missing data is to forward the email to myself then the receipt text shows up normal.

I should have known better than to do an “Update”. Any ideas?
