iPad,iSO 9.3.5

My iPad says iSO 9.3.5 is currently up to date.... i cant download some apps because i need iSO 10 or later... Could someone help if there is any help for me

You have a 1st gen iPad Mini.

It can't be upgraded past iOS 9.3.5.

What apps are giving you issues?
