is the Apple Watch region locked?

Hi,

I'm thinking of buying an Apple Watch series 3 with LTE. The problem is that I live in Poland and carriers here don't yet support its LTE connectivity. I am planning to get one in the UK, but I'm not sure if it is going to work with LTE when polish carriers start to implement the Apple Watch into their networks. I know it may be to early to tell, buy is the Apple Watch with LTE region locked or will it work with foreign carriers?
