I was charged twice but received product once. How do I get a refund? Or at least get the product I was charged for??



Assuming that one of the charges isn't just a temporary store holding charge which are automatically removed by the card issuer, if you want the item twice contact the product supplier (e.g. app developer), or contact iTunes Support : https://reportaproblem.apple.com
