Dropbox Backup idea

I use a Macbook Pro as my main computer, but am in the process of buying a 2010 12 core MacPro.

The Mac Pro will be stored at a separate location, and only ever controlled remotely.

I'm always going to be working on the Macbook Pro; the MacPro will only be for big rendering jobs.

If I save everything to Dropbox on my Macbook Pro, but am also signed in to Dropbox on the MacPro, all of my files will sync between both devices.

I then want to setup 3 or 4 hard drives within the MacPro to backup the Dropbox folder via Time Machine - this should happen every time I save a file on my Macbook Pro.

Essentially, this creates a wireless time machine and means I don't have to keep plugging hard drives into my Macbook Pro when I'm out and about. It also means that should Dropbox lose my data, I'll have 4 hard drives with the data stored.

Is this a good plan, or are there any flaws to this system?
