Computer restarts when sleeping for a few hours

My laptop is restarting almost every night. I've done everything the internet says, tried all possible questions here. Here's what I've narrowed it down to:

I've noticed that this flag `destroyfvkeyonstandby` is set to 1. This is a company laptop so I didn't set it myself.

So I've tried `sudo pmset -a destroyfvkeyonstandby 0`, but it only sets the option until the next sleep. How can I set this option forever?
