SOFTWARE SETTINGS

Purchased app from apple store, now I can't get full access to guide, where do I go in settings to get this permission to access guide for this app "aacorn". 

Any help would be appreciated.  I've changed some setting, now I'm not sure if I made matter worst.  HELP.
