Spotlight working badly on both iOS devices and...
Since the latest update, my spotlight is behaving badly on both Mac and iPad. On Mac, all the searches like System Preference would only provide System Preference.app and not without the extension like before. On my iPad, the spotlight will not show any app until I type the full name. That is, if I am searching for Settings, until I finish the word, it would show all the other categories but not the application category. Rebuilt Spotlight index to no avail so far.
