How do i set up my cellular data on my Ipad pro?

If you wish to use the iPad with one of the auto configured carriers you can follow the steps here:

Otherwise you'll need to contact the carrier you wish to use with the iPad and request a Sim card with your chosen Cellular Plan.  Then just insert it into the iPad's sim card slot on the side.
