How do I update to iOS 11.3

I have an iPhone 5s and I am running the iOS 11 Beta for Developers and I can’t update to newest version of iOS 11. When I go into the settings on my phone it says an update is available (iOS 11.3) but every time I select it. It doesn’t update. The blue “Download and Install” button will turn grey when I select it and then after I click it, it will turn blue again. How do I update? I would really appreciate if I could get some feedback :)
