MacBook Air Heating Solution

I recently bought a Mba 2015 with 1.6 ghz i5 and 256 gb storage

I currently have 35 gb available if that matters

I recently have been using Final Cut Pro X to make videos for my school and it has been running the fan pretty loud and it restarts automatically saying there is a problem

Are there any heating solutions I can use that will make a difference, such as a cooling pad and which one possibly.

Btw, when I am editing I only have Final Cut open
