My iMac has cliches; how do I get them fixed?

My iMac of 11 months has numerous cliches:

1.  It took six hours of support service to get my contact list transferred to an android phone.

2.  It does not format at times and requires copying large passages or numerous time consuming, frustrating use of various keys to do things I could do with previous iMac in seconds.

3. When I send out simple schedules it does not format in E-mail to windows users.

4. It took an hour of support service to get it to work with a new Apple TV.

5. When I add pictures to E-mail it sometimes will not format easily or not at all.

6. I keep living with these numerous frustrations but my warranty is running out.

7. My previous iMac of 8 years worked perfectly.
