Defect / logic board failure

Hi,

How can I contact Apple to claim repair for a defective product?

A few days ago my Macbook Air 11" (late 2012 model) failed to turn on. The only response was three beeps. The previous day it was working without issue. I brought it to an Apple-approved repair centre. The next day I was told that the logic board would have to be replaced at a cost of 600 EUR. No other issues could be found, the logic board looks fine but the three beeps indicates logic board failure. This is all stated in the service engineers report. The Macbook is in perfect conditions as it was well maintained, there is no damage to it whatsoever. It is just defective.

I have tried to contact Apple through a Feedback link and on Facebook but I have not received any response. I tried using support chat but when I entered my details the page stated that I could not access support. Who do I contact and how do I contact them?

Thanks

3-beeps usually means defective RAM or memory slots.

Yes, it does. RAM is soldered to the logic board, so the logic board needs to be replaced.

I am trying to contact Apple about this issue.
