Family Sharing question

I have a large music collection in iTunes and am using iTunes Match.

I have loads of images in Photos.

I have a 200Gb iCloud pack as well.

I do not have Apple Music.

Simple Question: If i activate Family Sharing can I allow my wife to see exactly the same as me regarding music and images?

She has her own iTunes account but very little content. I cannot seem to work it out from the Apple web page.
