Macintosh HD showing up in grey

Hi

i have a retina 15 early 2013 that all of the sudde, when I start, it doesn't it freezes at charge and so I entered disk utility to find that the Macintosh HD shows up in grey although the Apple SSD SD512E shows up.. And also the Apple disk image with OSX BASE SYSTEM..

Im hoping the ssd isn't dead as I have a lot of stuff on it (I'm a photographer)

when end I do a first aid check on Apple SSD SD512E it will complete with no issues.. And also on OS X base system.

i have tried pr ram reset and smc reset won't work at all..
