Need to cancel Apple Music free trial

Apple Music is interfering with the music I actually purchased.  I use a third party app called Anytune Pro and now, when trying to play my music through the app, the music has been changed to "copy protected" and the app will not play the music.  This is a very big problem and there should be a way to cancel the free trial immediately!

1. Go to Settings > [your name] > iTunes & App Store.
2. Tap your Apple ID at the top of the screen.
3. Tap View Apple ID. You might need to sign in or use Touch ID.
4. Tap Subscriptions.
5. Tap the subscription that you want to manage.
6. Use the options to manage your subscription.

Stuart423: Those options don’t provide a method of cancelling immediately(as opposed to waiting for a subscription to expire).

Went through these steps and no option to cancel trial immediately; only allows to manage subscriptions until trial runs out.

Need help, no where to cancel
