How do I delete an Apple Watch from my Apple account?

A couple of months ago, Apple replaced my Apple Watch with a new one. I just noticed that TWO Apple watches are showing up in my account. I would like to delete the Apple Watch that I no longer have.

How do I do this? How can I tell which one I should delete?
