Wiped Macbook pro HDD , need bootable OS

Hello!  I tried installing Ubuntu on a partition on my Macbook Pro however it over wrote my entire drive with Ubuntu.  I have a USB drive that i need to install and mount MAC OS, but cannot seem to find a download anywhere using a windows PC.  Any suggestions where I can download the DMG file which il convert into a bootable mounted image?

I had Sierra on my Macbook before I wiped it.  I also restarted holding the function key , and there is no bootup option for MAC , just Ubuntu now.
