I get massages just  in messages in upper right corner the the circle around it should go to to settings and Pictures but goes to a new message instead some times it works and mostly not

I understand that you are unable to get to the Details screen of a message thread when you tap on the little blue 'i' with a circle around it. I know it is nice to be able to access the information and pictures that way. Let's see what we can do. 

What I'd first like you do to, is to force close the Messages app and then restart your iPhone.

Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

After your iPhone is back on, please test and see if you're able to access that screen without issue. If you are still having issues, please create a fresh backup of your iPhone. Using the following article as a reference:

Once you have a backup, go ahead and reinstall the iOS.
