I can't download apps on my phone on 11.0.3. Ca...

I did the update to 11.0.3 yesterday; now I can't seem to download any apps. I click "get" and it asks for my itunes password; I enter it, and at the bottom of the next screen, it says "done" with a check mark, but nothing is downloading. The app still says "get" ... my password is correct - I checked.
