No Sound in mac os but only in bootcamp

I have a MacBook Pro 15-Inch Mid 2010.

The laptop has no sound when in MacOS unless I use a Bluetooth speaker, earphones don't even work.

However, when I use Windows 7 the sound works only in the right speaker but the headphone jack works.

I would like to see if anyone here could help me because the nearest apple store is quite a distance away.
