problem with Upload cover art with iTunes

Hi,

i have uploaded my .mp3 songs with iTunes and i put my album covers .

I can see the covers on iTunes but when i go to the original folder on my Mac where they're are available, i can't see the files with the cover previews.

Why?

It's always worked.
