iCloud Account Delete w/out PW issue

I need help to delete an iCloud account on MBAir running 10.12.6 in our fleet of units for one of our staff members. I'm trying to avoid the "back up, delete and re-image" solution that will take hours to accomplish.  The user doesn't know the password and the "forgot password" doesn't work either.  This is an account they don't remember setting up 3 to 4 years ago to "find my mac".  Multiple times a day they receive an error from iCloud and requests a PW.  They just want the account to go away and so do I.
