Restore health app to ipad

I Think I deleted the health app from my iPad now want to restore it as I am using it on my iphone

I, too, would like to see the Health app on my iPad. Or I would like to find a reasonable alternative. Apple doesn’t allow third-party apps to present anything like a Medical ID on the Lock screen—which is something for which I find Healthkit very helpful. Without it, I suppose I am doomed to carrying a dead-tree summary of HealthKit essentials in my wallet.
