MBP 2017 15inch Bootcamp Issues/Gameplay

Recently, I have upgraded from a MBP 2015 13inch to a MBP 2017 15inch. To be honest, I am terribly disappointing. This laptop cost me about 4000 DOLLARS. FOUR THOUSAND DOLLARS. I don't mean that I bought this for gaming, but even casual gaming feels uncomfortable. My MBP is fully specced out, except for the disk space. However, a simple game of CSGO feels extremely choppy in Windows 10, and even worse in MAC OSX. IN ADDITION, I couldn't even update the drivers to the latest versions for some reason, and I am stuck at Crimson ReLive 17.1.1. This is ridiculous. I would like to know how to update the drivers, and PLEASE tell me anything I could do to increase gaming performance, especially the screen tearing. PLEASE. That is all I want. I know the display is 60hz, but I still think there could be some way to at least fix it a bit. Thank you.
