Hello again it's me from Scotland.   I say that as I posted a question on here this afternoon and ........

............WOW !!  I got a response ever so quickly.  That was very kind and I appreciated the help.

My question currently  Is "Photoshop Elements 15 upgrade" same as "Photoshop Elements 15" ?

I ask this because I have seen "Photoshop Elements 15 upgrade", available to buy at a better price than it is where I was planning to buy it.

When it says its an upgrade. - I am then feeling unsure as to what exactly it is I am buying.

I mean the thing is  that new software will always be upgraded from the previous version.

Am I worrying unnecessarily ?

As a rule, an "upgrade" requires a previously purchased version of the product, which is properly licensed. You can not install it unless you already have an earlier version installed.
