Time Capsule disk showing only on some computer

in TimeMachine configuration, on 2 computers on my network, the Time Capsule disk show up no problem. one running 10.11.6 and the other 10.13. The disk can be mounted from a finder window left side icon, of through afp://ip or smb://ip

But, On the Mac mini, running 10.13 and, macOS Server 5.4. the disk does not show up

I have the option to Configure another time Capsule, but everything is setup. I can't connect using afp or smb and in a finder window, clicking on the Time Capsule icon, I try to connect, and there is an error

There is a problem connecting to the server Name. The file server is available on your computer. Acces the volume and files locally.

my guess would be to delete some pref file, but I dont know which one

the disk in unencrypted. TimeMachine was previously configure and working well on all computer. The mini just stop seing the drive, could be after the 10.13 update for the security for external disk encryption or after a disk utility scan.
