outlook 2016 sincronize with Icloud and not vic...

since few days i realized if I modify/add something on my contact/calendar on Outlook 2016 ( on win 10) is correctly added to icloud and to the Iphone, on the opposite way it doesnt work at all.

i already tried to reset icloud..no way
