iPhone keeps freezing

Since I last updated to ioS 11.0.3, the iPhone, from time to time (i.e whenever I use more than 3 apps at the same time), it just freezes for 2 to 3 minutes. After these freezings, I noticed that most app won't work as they would before (delays, shut downs, etc). I reset it 3 times and the problem persists. To top if off, sometimes, my phone would just beep loudly for no reason, and it would stop if I force shut down. Is anyone experiencing freezings as well? Is that a problem on ioS 11.0.3? How can I fix it? It's nearly impossible to use my phone now.
