Since updating my Nas I Tunes does not work

Hi all

I have a synology ds216j and since updating the lastest update ITunes does not work, I keep getting an error message saying that the server is unavilable, however it is not as I can go into the diskstation and play music from there.

Could anyone help and suggest a solution please to help me get ITunes working again?
