my 2017 15" mbp fully loaded with usb touch bar...

my 2017 15" mbp fully loaded with usb touch bar turbo boost and owc thunderbolt 3 dock and with all the help giving to apple by turning on all analytics did not help much but more troubles why?  I mean I spend more time to restart and shut down in order to get my 2 external 4k display to work like it suppose to in High Sierra...  tiring!  Now adding one of my displays is occasionally flickering and goes black on me for a second every now and then...
