Preventing Mac to restart with Watch after slee...

Hi.

My setup: Macbook Pro & Apple Watch.

Situation:

I have the auto-startup activated on my MacBook Pro. When i come close to my MacBook, My Watch activates the computer - That is ok.

BUT....

When I want to go away, I normally activate sleep-mode (Alt+Cmd+"disk-out-key").

Tha computer acts like it's ok, but right after - my Watch reactivates my computer

How to work around this ???
