how to get rid of FedEx.doc Doc.Dropper.Agent

clamXav has discovered FedEx.doc Doc.Dropper.Agent-1828391 on my mac.

My desktop is covered in pages that can't be deleted. They go into the trash but also duplicate on the desktop.

Almost certainly a e-mail attachment used to initiate a ransomware attack against a Windows machine. It can't harm your Mac unless you are also running Windows on it, but should be deleted in any case.

I don't know what this has to do with anything. If you need assistance with ClamXAV you need to open a ticket on their Help Desk. If this has nothing to do with ClamXAV (and I don't see how it could) then please give us a better description and include a screenshot of these "pages".
