Where can I find receipts for purchases on itunes site

You can't see receipts, you can only view your purchase history on your computer's iTunes via the Store > View Account menu option : https://support.apple.com/kb/HT2727

When you buy an item from the store you should receive an email receipt to your email address on your iTunes account

What if no email was recieved?

Mine quite often don't appear until the day following the purchase. You've checked the spam folder as well as the inbox on the email account that you have on your iTunes account ?
