Does iTunes Store sell ringtones?

After upgrading iTunes, how can I buy ringtones on the iTunes Store?

Settings>Sounds & Haptics>Ringtone>Tone Store. It's all the way at the top of the page.

The iTunes Store app that's on your iPhone has tones. Go to iTunes Store > More > Tones to browse available ringtones.
