Laptop died. iTunes sync?

how do I move music, playlists, and movies back and forth from iTunes to devices with only an iPad Pro instead of a laptop? Not seeing how I can do this without having to pay for Apple Music and use data constantly. iPhone is iCloud synced for most things but I have been using iTunes sync to change which playlists I want on the phone and which movies to download to iPad.
