Can anyone confirm that is true that imac model 2012 out of spare parts. I want to repair myhard disk with imac and the answer for that is so miserable.

A machine that old would no longer be covered under any AppleCare program. It sounds like they just don't want to bother. OWC (https://macsales.con) sells a whole line of upgrade parts for that machine. Unfortunately, that machine is notoriously difficult to repair. If you can find someone competent and willing to work on it, there are plenty of spare parts. The devil is in getting them in there.
