Strange name of WiFi connection

I usually find that my Mac computers have automatically assigned names that are in the form of Marcellos-iMac-014 (like my iMac's ethernet). I found the other day that my WiFi connection has a different name (and that's ok.. there are two different connections)... But the naming is very strange. Seems like something put itself in-between the standard Mac connection and my touter.. but I might be wrong.... How does the name MARCELLOMAZDE34 come out? Where can I change it and check why is there?
