I found numerous error messages about peerManager in wifi.log / dmesg :

Hi Stannicek,

I am using a generated profile for accesing WiFi accesss point using WPA2 enterprise to authenticate. The error message I was getting was for one of two identically configured access points, but one was working fine with no error messages. I deleted all the profiles then kept on recreating these in different ways but still no success.

I eventually deleted all the profiles and the 'remembered' access points. Then restarted my MBP and recreated the profiles, where I was prompted for the credentials I typed them in rather than using copy paste and the all worked fine.

Hello mate how did you do this my mac seems to be doing this and not Turning WiFi back on at all so if you let me know I could try this cheers

I'm experiencing the same issues. My Wifi won't recover after some events (possibly sleep=>wake up).

Ping to gateway is not working + Wifi symbol is showing "connected".

Any ideas what to do? Thank you.

Add me this newest unexpected problem in Sierra on a brand new MacBook Pro 2017 that was running fine. I had a normal reboot, and since then have been unable to connect to the WiFi that iPhones, iPads, TV, BluRay player, Yamaha sound system and Windoze laptop are all connecting to just fine. I even rebooted all network devices like modem etc., deleted the saved passwords from all devices, and yet I am still getting, in a long series of repeated log entries:

This started after a NORMAL reboot with no crashed apps or anything else prior to reboot.

Also try turning off Bluetooth.

If your Wi-Fi source is capable of generating a 5 GHz Wi-Fi network, try that to help avoid conflicts with Bluetooth.

Has there been any further information regarding this issue? Have several users who have experienced this issue and not sure if this is being caused by the end user machine, or something on the network side.
